LEAD-ECI is a free-standing leadership institute where people of all ages, backgrounds and interests can access the tools necessary to develop and enhance their leadership skills. Our aim is to provide expert and useful leadership training that meets the needs of East Central Indiana communities, businesses, civic, for- and not-for-profit organizations and private individuals.

We believe that effective and enthusiastic leaders, more than anything else, are the differences between success and failure within the organizations and communities they represent.   Our free standing leadership institute and all of our programming is built upon this single idea.  In short, to make a difference, you first have to be the difference.
