LEAD-ECI's programming is not intended to be an end in itself. In addition to providing aspiring leaders with the tools necessary to effectively lead others, we also have a commitment to align the skills, talents, and interests of our program participants with available opportunities to serve their community.

What is Converging Point?

Converging Point is a free online resource provided by LEAD-ECI that allows nonprofit organizations in the region, free of charge, to post open board member, committee member, and general program volunteer opportunities that their organization is offering. Individuals can then view these opportunities and get connected to ways they can give back to their community.
