Emergence: Personal Foundations of Effective Leadership is an eight week highly interactive and engaging training opportunity ideal for emerging or experienced leaders seeking to enhance their leadership capabilities. At the end of the program, participants can expect to be better equipped to lead and spark the change they want to see in the businesses, not-for-profits, civic groups, and communities they represent.

Program Content There will be one session each week of the Emergence program that exclusively focuses on a given leadership topic. By taking part in enlightening exercises, discussions, and other activities, participants will take away expertise related to consensus building, conflict management, communicating with confidence, leadership styles, project planning, problem solving, community leadership, and personal mission statements.

LEAD Instructors LEAD-ECI is committed to the highest level of training and facilitation through the courses we offer. This is accomplished in many ways, but especially through the professional  facilitators we bring to the program.  Each of our facilitators has significant experience in leadership training and/or serving in leadership positions throughout their careers.
